MBBS at ZCMU
ZCMU offers a 5+1 total 6 years of course, where the last year is of internship.The syllabus for MBBS students is according to the IIME instruction. The students are facilitated with well equipped spacious classrooms. The tenure involves theory lectures and hospital rotations. ZCMU is affiliated with 25 hospitals in the province and 4 are directly affiliated with the university.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens，under the age of 35, with valid foreign passports, in good health physically and mentally. The applicant must hold a senior higher school diploma (Fsc -pre medical) with 60% marks and 50% in MDCAT ,if the student wants to come back and start practicing in Pakistan.
HSK 4 TEST by the end of first year.
Students have an extra Chinese language course incorporated in their studies. The language of instruction for international students is English but for clinical rotations and interaction with the patients the students need to have a certain level of Chinese language proficiency. A test of HSK 4 is taken by the end of first year which the students need to pass. The syllabus is of around 1200 Chinese words.
Hostel accommodation
The international applicants are accommodated in the university hostels. The hostels are double room to a dorm accommodation. The rooms are facilitated with inverter AC and there are many affordable restaurants options serving Chinese and western food and even halal meals for Muslim students.

The students are provided with modern day learning facilities such as clinical simulation centers, labs and affiliated hospitals.The students get access to libraries and other on campus facilities. The international students are also accommodated in the campus hostels.
Requirements for applicants

Time duration of bachelors degree.
The degree program is of 4 years. The medium of instruction is english,for hospitals rotations a certain level of Chinese language proficiency is required for which HSK 4 test is taken by the end of degree.
Scholarships
The applicant should be under 30 in age to qualify for scholarship and there is no scholarship available in the first year only half tuition fee waiver is available for the first year and from second year onward merit based scholarships are available.

Graduates can sit for the National Nurse License Exam in China. Passing this exam allows them to register as nurses and work in hospitals, clinics, or community health centres.
